ozwin baji Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the ozwin baji platform and all related services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the user and ozwin baji. By accessing the platform, registering, or using any service, you agree to each clause of these Terms.

ozwin baji reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly.

Registration Requirements

To open an account and use services on ozwin baji, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Access to this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must register with your correct identity and information. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in account termination.
• Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account details and password confidential. You may not allow any third party to use your account.

ozwin baji runs an account verification process to prevent fraud and money laundering. Where necessary, we may request a National ID card, passport or other valid documents to confirm your identity.

Withdrawal processing may be put on hold until verification is complete. ozwin baji reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account if the required documents are not provided in time.

Payment Methods

ozwin baji currently accepts bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay for deposits and withdrawals. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, delays may occur due to verification or technical reasons. Withdrawal requests will not be accepted until account verification is complete.

Prohibited Transactions

• Use of any fraudulent or unauthorised payment method is prohibited.
• Deposits or withdrawals from third-party accounts are not permitted — transactions must be made from the registered user's own mobile wallet.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, ozwin baji may place funds on hold until an investigation is concluded.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,500; ৳15,000 (৳1,500 × 10) must be wagered before withdrawal.

Other Promotions

• Weekly Reload Reward: 50% bonus on eligible deposits once per week, up to ৳10,000; wagering requirement 15x.
• Slot Festival Bonus: 75% bonus on deposits in the slots section once per day, up to ৳8,000; wagering requirement 20x.
• Live Casino Blast: 60% bonus on deposits in live casino on weekends, up to ৳12,000; wagering requirement 18x.
• Birthday Gift: Reward of up to ৳2,000 on your registered birthday; wagering requirement 10x.
• Refer a Friend Bonus: Up to ৳3,000 per active referral; wagering requirement 12x.

Misuse of bonuses, claiming from multiple accounts, or attempting to meet conditions through fraudulent means will result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

The ozwin baji VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier earns weekly cashback, which is a fixed percentage of that week's net loss (total losses minus total wins).

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Example: if a Gold member's net loss in a week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback. VIP tier advancement depends on regular activity and participation.

ozwin baji reserves the right to modify or cancel VIP cashback and benefits. Members will be informed of any changes in due time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure:

• Cheating, collusion (secretly cooperating with others for mutual benefit), or attempting to influence outcomes using any software or bot.
• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses or circumventing bonus terms.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting unauthorised access to the platform's software or systems.
• Harassing other users or using abusive language.

General Betting Rules

A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or changed unless a technical error makes it necessary. If a technical error occurs, the affected bet will be considered void and the stake will be returned.

Live Events and Sports Betting

Odds on live sports events may change at any time. The odds applicable at the time a bet is confirmed are considered final. If an event or match is abandoned mid-way, a decision will be made in accordance with our bet settlement policy.

Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot games are operated by third-party software providers. Each game has its own RTP and rules, which are visible when the game loads. ozwin baji has no control over game outcomes.

ozwin baji is not liable for any loss caused by technical disruptions, internet disconnection, or third-party software errors. By using the platform you acknowledge that betting carries financial risk and you have no right to claim back lost funds.

Closure by ozwin baji

Closure by the User

You may close your account voluntarily at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing. There may be an option to reopen the account after closure.
